Once a user successfully completes payment and gains access to any course, video, live session, or learning material, the access is considered active and delivered.
Due to the digital nature of the content, access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.
No refunds will be issued once access to digital content, courses, videos, or live sessions has been provided.
Refunds will not be granted for partial course completion, non-usage, or change of mind after enrollment.
Users are advised to review course details carefully before making a purchase.
Users may cancel future participation in live sessions or programs, but no refund will be issued for payments already made.
Cancellation does not revoke access to previously unlocked content unless explicitly stated.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Payment successfully deducted but access not granted
In such cases, users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
NISDC Govt LMS uses third-party payment gateways for processing payments.
Any transaction delays or failures caused by payment gateways or banks are beyond the platform’s control.
NISDC Govt LMS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
